On the night of October 10, 2015, while patrolling a site in Caboolture, QLD, one of our guards, Deepak Walia, saw a guy jump over the glass gate and into the balcony. He informed the client immediately and called the Police.
Deepak and his fellow patrol guard, Clint, stood at a safe distance from where the guy couldn’t see them, but they could keep an eye on him.
Both the client and the cops reached the site within 25 minutes.
They got in and found the guy hiding under the barbecue. The cops got him out and checked his details, and discovered that he was one of the wanted persons in Police records.
After a bit of a struggle, they arrested him.
One less wanted person out on the streets of Queensland makes our community a safer place for all, and we couldn’t have been prouder of Deepak and Clint for being proactive in doing the right thing, on time.
