About the role
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team in the sunny Gold Coast as a Patrols Branch Manager. We are looking for an Individual that is passionate about the safety of others and delighting clients beyond their expectations, someone who has what it takes to coach a team to greatness and inspire individuals to challenge themselves and each other. Experience in the security industry would be advantageous, must hold a Security Licence and must be passionate about people! Ongoing Training and Development provided.
Key Areas of Responsibility will include:
- Ensure the safety and welfare of all workers and that all clients receive the service they signed up for
- Follow up all Incident reports for customer portfolio
- Organise daily muster/pre-shift briefings
- Provide training to the Patrol Officers, Supervisors and Inspectors to ensure their skills are up to date and relevant
- Recruitment of competent new Patrol Officers
- Ensure rosters fit the needs of the business
- Face to Face customer visits
- Revenue retention measures taken and results monitored
- Fortnightly toolbox talks and fortnightly meetings with Inspectors
- Hold fortnightly meetings with Supervisors and report to the General Manager
- Follow up and deal with all HR incidents that occur within in the branch through to resolution
- Key Audits
- Site Safety Assessments
- Ensure the fleet is in full working condition and presentable at all times
- Ensure the run sheets and shift reports are monitored
- Attend scheduled WHS training programs
- Actively lead the organization’s efforts to meet or exceed WHS goals and plans
