This commitment to state-of-the-art technology has seen Southern Cross Protection adopt two new and ingenious tools in the last month.
Firstly, we have introduced an internal communications platform called Constellation that is hosted by World Manager. World Manager is an online platform that allows all employees to log on via their smart phones and send and receive communications to and from the entire company. The platform also allows incident reports to be uploaded, saving the Security Guard time, removing the need for paper based documents, and ensuring a consistent and efficient approach throughout the company.
We see Constellation as a central nervous system connecting all parts of Southern Cross Protection, so the many left hands always know what the many right hands are doing.
