In our last post, we talked about how we had just launched our Get Healthy program in line with National Nutrition Week’s Try for Five program.
Since then we have focused on our Spring Shape Up Challenge with a different healthy eating topic each week including the importance of Preparing your own food, Planning so you don’t end up starving and cave into eating McDonalds, and Portion Control such as using a smaller plate or filling up the plate with salad leaves or veggies.
We have had some great photos come in and produced a mini video of our marketing guru Michael Stikovic cooking his healthy lunch in the work kitchen.
