Today is the day Southern Cross Protection says farewell to one of our longest serving business managers, Craig Williams.

Craig has been with us from the start.

He began with Chubb Protective Services as Operations Manager NT, spent 12 months as NT Aviation Security Manager at Darwin International Airport and Alice Springs Airport, and then came back to security patrols and remained with Southern Cross Protection when the divestment occurred, becoming Branch Manager of Darwin.

Craig built close relationships with all of his customers and has always had excellent operational and logistical capabilities, and used these to build a very effective team that prides themselves on their performance.

He’s actively involved in supporting and engaging the Darwin Community. He is the founder of Darwin Commodore Club Inc, a volunteer firefighter with the Humpty Doo Fire Brigade, a Fire and Rescue volunteer at Northline Speedway, and a Rescue and Incident Controller at Hidden Valley Drag Strip.

Now, he has made the decision to take a new direction in life.

We will miss Craig a great deal and are extremely proud to have had him as part of the organisation. His humour, knowledge, and contributions to the team will be sorely missed.

Southern Cross Protection wishes him the very best in his future endeavours.
